Day 2 of my craft room sneak peek is here!
Fortunately for me, my husband has always been very supportive with my crafting habits and hobbies. He’s always made sure that no matter where we live we’d have a craft room or crafting area at the very least. When we moved into our current home, I was a little disappointed by our lack of space. However, he recommended renovating the little storage room into my new crafting space.
Luckily we moved back to “Utah” which I could very-well term “The Crafting Capital Of The World”. In Utah we live fairly close to “The Original Scrap-box” headquarters. Once again, fortunately for me they have a scratch and dent section of the warehouse. My husband made a phone call to see what they had available, but we were told it was first come first serve but they did have a few pieces in the warehouse.
My husband was able to purchase several pieces of furniture to complete the craft room. One of the pieces is called “The Studio Tower”, which can be found on the website HERE.
Since my crafting area is small we needed to maximize the space to the best of our abilities. I wanted ALL furniture to be movable. So my husband did a personal modification to the tower by adding 4 wheels to the bottom so it could be mobile.
This is 1 out of 4 sections of the tower shown here. I had multiple rolls of tulle that needed a home. I thought the removable bars in the tower were the perfect and most convenient way to store and access them.
Come back tomorrow for section 2 out of 4 of the tower.
